    With over ten years in the events and wedding industry, I bring a system refined by a decade of hands-on experience and a unique way of planning that's been tested, tweaked, and perfected. I always have a plan for everything from A to Z. If it can happen on a wedding day, chances are I have already solved it without anyone knowing.

    My love for events began with large-scale corporate events, including gala dinners for over 1,500 guests. That early exposure sparked a passion for events of all kinds, but it was a bridal shoot that changed everything. One look at the wedding industry, and I knew exactly where I belonged.

    What I love most about this industry is watching something come together from nothing. First a couple, an idea, a mood board, a handful of vendors, and then suddenly, a day that's entirely your own. I focus on getting the details right, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

    Bex has been with TOAST since the beginning, with her own impressive CV within events we are so lucky to have her. Bex brings a fresh perspective and a whole lot of epic ideas.

  • Day of Coordinator

    Laura joined the team in 2021 and brings with her a degree in events and a positive attitude. Laura is our can-do girl and will make anything possible so you never have to stress!

    Based in Whangamata, Laura has set up and run a few small businesses, including a shared office space, visitor accommodation, and commercial property management.  

    When Laura lived in Auckland she studied event management and loved the different events she worked with, including the Aotearoa Music Awards, Pink Ribbon Breakfast, and planning her own wedding and she loves being part of our TOAST couples special days.
